Solution #1:

  • First, download the PSExec file. Now extract the file to some other location that needs to be referred later.
  • Now, the QuickBooks Installer needs to be moved in the directory or the directory that needs to be referred later.
  • Here, the elevated command prompt needs to be opened.
  • Now, go to the PSExec Directory. The PSExec Directory is a QB Installer.
  • Start QuickBooks installation as a system.
  • The download folder might contain the My QB installation file. Here, you need to rename the file. (i.e. 1.exe)
  • Now, check whether the installer is running or not.

Solution #2:

  • Download the QB install the diagnostic tool and run it.
  • If you have Adobe Flash Player, make sure you uninstall it.
    • Go to the control panel and then select the OK button.

  • Press Ctrl+Alt+Del together from your keyboard
